If you change your mind regarding a purchase or you receive a faulty product, Melanie’s Holistic Healing is happy to accept a return based on conditions as outlined below. Please read below for all of the details you need to know.

CHANGED YOUR MIND AND PAID VIA PAYPAL OR DIRECT DEBIT?

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Melanie’s Holistic Healing and you chose PayPal or Direct Debit, we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  • Item/s must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unopened and have the seal in tact.
  • Gift vouchers, sale & clearance item/s are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
  • Health products purchased ie(Soaps, Toothbrushes, Lip Balms, Body Scrub Pads, Salt Pipes, Essential Oil Roll Ons, Springfields Plant Extracts, Caim & Able products, Facial cleansers and Nail Polishes) are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including delivery costs.

CHANGED YOUR MIND AND PAID VIA AFTERPAY?

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Melanie’s Holistic Healing and you chose After Pay as your payment method, we can refund the purchase price minus a re-stocking fee or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  • Item/s must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unopened and have the seal in tact.
  • Gift vouchers, sale & clearance item/s are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
  • Health products purchased ie(Soaps, Toothbrushes, Lip Balms, Body Scrub Pads, Salt Pipes, Essential Oil Roll Ons, Springfields Plant Extracts, Caim & Able products, Facial cleansers and Nail Polishes) are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online and a 10% restocking fee) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including delivery costs.

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

  • If something is faulty we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
  • If your item has arrived broken and it was deemed not the fault of the courier, then photos must be sent showing the damage before any refunds will be accepted.
  • If your items has arrived damaged and it is deemed the courier’s fault, all claims must be made with the respective courier company or postal service.
  • If your product has a warranty, you must contact the manufacterer to organise any replacements. Please see your warranty card/information that came with the product.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you purchased your item/s in person, whether that was by appointment at the premises or at a Market, Festival or Expo, you can return the product/s in person as long as they abide by the above terms and conditions. Please contact Melanie’s Holistic Healing to make an appointment. You can also choose to have the product delivered, in which case, you will need to organise your own delivery. Delivery costs are at the buyers expense.

If you purchased your item/s using our Door to Door delivery service or Australia Post. Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets the terms and conditions listed above or receive the photos showing damage, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund will appear (minus any re-stocking fees) via your bank account or PayPal account in approximately 2-5 days after you receive the email. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our terms and conditions, we’ll contact you.
